“What we call the beginning is often the end, and to make an end is to make a beginning. The end is where we start from” – TS Eliot (1888 – 1965)
Through the suspense of an extreme situation, with irony and great humour we explore the theme of Immigration and the injustices which often occur at borders and frontiers. We will see three parallel stories designed to provoke our thoughts about the future of Europe and the world in a climate of protectionism and the reinforcing of national identities.
Friday 29th March 2019. The official “Brexit” deadline meaning UK’s exit from the European Union approaches. Roberta works as a technical assistant in a central London theatre and she is hard pushed to obtain her British Nationality before the change in the law. She has a number in the queue in the Department of Immigration………but she also has to work.
Meanwhile, there is great confusion in the planning of the programmed shows and both Roberta and Harry find themselves in a very difficult situation. Whatever happens, the show must go on, even though sometimes it’s necessary to start at the end, because an end is nothing more than a beginning.
Suitable and adaptable for all levels of Secondary, “Bachillerato”, “Ciclos Formativos” and Adults. It comes with complete Teaching Material of a high educational standard, including the songs from the show. Totally in English, interpreted by native British actors. It lasts approximately 60 minutes and the recommended maximum audience is 250 people.

Harry is the driver, manager, director, conductor, mechanic and head of maintenance of “The Trans-European Express”, a coach that supposedly works a route around Europe, from north to south and east to west. However, the truth is that it never leaves the station as there are barely any passengers.
Today Bob arrives at the station to catch the bus that will take her to Berlin where she hopes to close a deal with a client. However, she has lost her ticket and her economic difficulties won’t allow her to pay for another.
When the threat of closure of the Trans-European service looms over Bob and Harry, they design a plan of mutual benefit to try and save this unique and exciting service: “The Trans-European Express”.
Will the bus leave? Will other passengers get on? Or will Bob and Harry’s dreams shatter on the way?
This multimedia show is a highly participatory musical comedy in true Moving On style that takes us on a journey through Europe and reclaims the right for the freedom of movement that is at the heart of the European Union.
Suitable and adaptable for all Primary students. Duration: Approximately 50 minutes. Maximum audience: 250. Complete Teaching Material included with the songs from the show.
Infants and 1st and 2nd year Primary – Stop the BUS!!!!
Trapped on a bus in a videogame, our protagonist will need the help of the rest of the passengers to overcome a series of challenges if she is to get to her stop and get off the bus.
Suitable and adaptable for 3 to 7 years olds. It includes pre-teaching material with the songs from the show. With a native English actor. It lasts approximately 40 minutes and we recommend a maximum of 120 students in each show.
